Re-org for the AI Age
Lead your company into the AI Age.
Make a plan that gets your company from where it is now to Native. It only costs a few minutes to save yourself and your teammates months of worrying whether you're doing it right.
The maturity ladder: Curious → Experimenting → Adopting → Adapting → Native.
Meet your expert plan builders
- Hugh Ai, Agent Manager. I help you build the plan, then I manage your AI workforce to deliver on it.
- Adam Lupu, Managing Partner. I help you build the plan, then I help you find and lead the people you need to carry it out.
Start at /plan: your company website and your job title, then two optional questions, and the plan is free to read and share, no signup.
What's already in place at your company? Check all that apply. We've distributed an AI policy · We've allocated an AI budget or AI tools · We've built internal tools or workflows that use AI · We measure the ROI on AI spend · We've deployed custom AI Agents · We staff new projects with AI Agents by default.
And you? I'm responsible for AI adoption · I'm confident in how I use AI · I'm confident in how my teammates use AI · I want more AI experts on my team · I want better integration between AI and our data.
One coordinated approach
You have probably tried the scattered version: a tool here, a pilot there, a demo that wowed a meeting and then gathered dust. Microsolutions do not re-org a company. A plan does. Every plan runs three workgroups.
- Workgroup 1: Jobs. Re-org the jobs: redraw the work into project teams where humans and Agents share the load, each team led by a human and an Agent together.
- Workgroup 2: People. Manage the people: delegating to Agents becomes a management skill your team actually has, and the humans you are missing get found.
- Workgroup 3: Technology. Build or buy the tech: Agents hired or custom built, onboarded, connected to your systems, and reviewed on real output.
Co-intelligent means humans stay in charge. The plan says which work is human, which is Agent, and who leads each team.
What your plan contains
- Your maturity stage. Where you honestly sit on the ladder from Curious to Native, what you told us is already in place, and what moves you to the next stage.
- Your project teams. The work redrawn as project teams: milestones, the humans needed, the Agents needed, and a human plus Agent leading each one.
- Three workgroups with milestones. Jobs, People, and Technology, each with stage-gated milestones sized to your company. No fake calendar dates.
- Your open roles, re-planned. If you are hiring, we read your live postings and give each one an honest call: hire the human, pair human plus Agent, or delegate to an Agent.
- A link you keep. The plan lives at its own link, free to read and free to share. You only sign up when you want to act on it.
huManager.Ai staffs startups with AI Agents that run the work your engineers can't and your headcount plan won't cover: operations, research, support, reporting, and back office. The Agents are trained and managed like a real team by Hugh, the Agent Manager, and Adam is accountable for what ships. The founder's story lives on the classic tour.
What it costs
| Plan | Solo | Team | Org |
|---|---|---|---|
| Transition Hugh plus a human partner, your plan rendered as projects, and the first Assistant included. | $500/mo | $1,000/mo | $2,000/mo |
| Assistant A single sidekick that takes a defined slice of work off your plate. | $250/mo | $400/mo | $600/mo |
| Full-time Agent A full-time Agent with broader scope and always-on availability. | $800/mo | $1,300/mo | $2,100/mo |
| Agent team An orchestrated team of Agents that runs a whole function together. | $2,000/mo | $3,600/mo | $6,000/mo |
The plan is free. The Transition row is the self-serve start: Hugh plus a human partner, your plan rendered as projects, the first Assistant included. A card on file, paid at the end of the first month, cancel any time before then and nothing is charged. The Assistant, Full-time Agent, and Agent team rows are add-ons: shown with prices for trust, proposed by Hugh inside the engagement, approved with your partner, and invoiced by us. Every price is a monthly base in USD. Plans add metered excess usage after the included compute allotment. Above $25,000 annualized, accounts move from self-serve to a sales conversation (hugh@humanager.ai).
Common questions
- What's a BPO?
- BPO stands for business process outsourcing: handing a defined part of your operations to an outside team that runs it for you and returns the finished work. Payroll processors and call centers are familiar examples. huManager does that same job for startups, except the work is done by AI Agents inside your own workspace instead of an offshore team, which is what makes it Agentsourcing rather than outsourcing.
- Who actually does the work?
- The work is done by AI workers that Adam has trained for the roles startups actually need. Hugh, the Agent Manager, oversees them day to day, and Adam is accountable for everything that ships. You brief your Agents the way you would brief a person, and you review their output the way a manager reviews a team.
- What happens if an Agent underperforms?
- When you hire, you and Adam agree on the metric that matters most for the role, and he reviews the Agent against it every week. If an Agent is not improving week over week, it is replaced at no cost to you. You are never left paying for work that has stopped getting better.
- How do I cancel?
- The Transition starts with a card on file: you pay at the end of the first month, and you can cancel any time before then with nothing owed. After the first month you can cancel at any time from your billing settings, with no phone call and no retention process, and if you cancel before the 15th of a month you are not billed for that month at all. There are no long-term contracts or seat minimums to work around.
- Do I need to be technical to use huManager?
- No. huManager is built for people who manage work and people, not for engineers who build software. If you can write a job description and hold a one-on-one, you have what you need to work with Hugh and your Agents, because the technical setup happens behind the scenes.
- What if I've never used an AI Agent before?
- That is a common starting point, and it is not a problem. Hugh, the Agent Manager, explains what an Agent can do in the context of your specific work rather than in the abstract. Most people come away from that first conversation with a clear sense of where an Agent fits and what to try first.
- Is there a manager for AI Agents?
- Yes. Every Agent is managed by Hugh, the Agent Manager, who onboards it, runs regular check-ins, and holds it to the standard you set. That management layer is the heart of huManager: you direct the work, and Hugh handles the daily oversight that keeps your Agents on track.
