- What's a BPO?
- BPO stands for business process outsourcing: handing a defined part of your operations to an outside team that runs it for you and returns the finished work. Payroll processors and call centers are familiar examples. huManager does that same job for startups, except the work is done by AI Agents inside your own workspace instead of an offshore team, which is what makes it Agentsourcing rather than outsourcing.
- Who actually does the work?

- What happens if an Agent underperforms?
