Free for 30 days. We ask for a card, nothing is charged until day 30, and you can cancel any time before that. Then $1,000 a month, cancel anytime. The same rule applies to every scale.

- The first Assistant included, added when the plan calls for it.
- One workgroup in flight at a time; more Agents arrive as add-ons when the plan reaches them.
Add-ons, when the plan calls for them
Add-ons are proposed by Hugh when the plan reaches them, approved with your transition manager, and invoiced by us. There is no add-on button.

Add-ons unlock when
- You have brought internal stakeholders into the company workspace.
- The first workgroup is field-supported: real work, reviewed with your transition manager.
- Trust runs both ways: the Agents have earned their rung and you have seen the work.
Questions before the card step
- What happens on day 30?
- Nothing you did not choose. If you are still in, the card on file is charged the monthly price for your scale ($500, $1,000, or $2,000) and the engagement continues month to month. If you canceled before then, nothing was charged. Your transition manager also reviews every trial before the first charge.
- What does a month include?
- One weekly review with your transition manager, one workgroup in flight at a time, Hugh running the work in your company workspace, and the first Assistant. It is a managed transition, not unbounded consulting: the plan sets the scope and the weekly review keeps it honest.
- How do add-ons work?
- The Assistant, Full-time Agent, and Agent team rows are shown with prices so you know what things cost, but they are not buttons. When the plan reaches them and the unlock criteria are met, Hugh proposes the add-on, your transition manager approves it with you, and we invoice it.
- How do I cancel?
- The Transition starts with a 30-day free trial: we ask for a card, nothing is charged until day 30, and you can cancel any time before that with nothing owed. After the trial you can cancel at any time from your billing settings, with no phone call and no retention process, and if you cancel before the 15th of a month you are not billed for that month at all. There are no long-term contracts or seat minimums to work around.
