Plan, then partner, then build.
The plan is free. When you want help carrying it out, the Transition pairs you with Hugh and with me as your partner. You pay at the end of the first month, at a monthly price by scale, and you can cancel any time before then. Agents are add-ons, proposed one at a time as the plan reaches them.

Partner: the Transition
Hugh plus a human partner, your plan rendered as projects, and the first Assistant included.

We ask for a card and you pay at the end of the first month: $1,000, then monthly. Cancel any time before then and nothing is charged. The same rule applies to every scale.
What a month includes
- Hugh, your Agent Manager, in a company workspace built for the transition.
- A human partner who reviews the work with you once a week.
- Your Re-org plan rendered as projects on day one, the first workgroup opened.
- The first Assistant included, added when the plan calls for it.
- One workgroup in flight at a time; more Agents arrive as add-ons when the plan reaches them.
Build: Agents, when the plan calls for them
Add-ons are proposed by Hugh when the plan reaches them, approved with your partner, and invoiced by us. There is no add-on button.

Add-ons unlock when
- You have brought internal stakeholders into the company workspace.
- The first workgroup is field-supported: real work, reviewed with your partner.
- Trust runs both ways: the Agents have earned their rung and you have seen the work.
Questions before the card step
- What happens at the end of the first month?
- Nothing you did not choose. If you are still in, the card on file is charged the monthly price for your scale ($500, $1,000, or $2,000) and the engagement continues month to month. If you canceled before then, nothing was charged. Your partner also reviews every first month before the first charge.
- What does a month include?
- One weekly review with your partner, one workgroup in flight at a time, Hugh running the work in your company workspace, and the first Assistant. It is a managed transition, not unbounded consulting: the plan sets the scope and the weekly review keeps it honest.
- How do add-ons work?
- The Assistant, Full-time Agent, and Agent team rows are shown with prices so you know what things cost, but they are not buttons. When the plan reaches them and the unlock criteria are met, Hugh proposes the add-on, your partner approves it with you, and we invoice it.
- How do I cancel?
- The Transition starts with a card on file: you pay at the end of the first month, and you can cancel any time before then with nothing owed. After the first month you can cancel at any time from your billing settings, with no phone call and no retention process, and if you cancel before the 15th of a month you are not billed for that month at all. There are no long-term contracts or seat minimums to work around.
